What is your primary product or service?
We sell and install ACT!, GoldMine and SAGE CRM. We specialize in consulting with sales organizations to make most efficient use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Geoffrey Boulden - Founder & Owner of Twelve/Three. In the mid 1980's, Geoff built his own dBase database to keep track of his company's customers and prospects. In 1989, he bought his first copy of GoldMine and became a GoldMine partner in 1993. Geoff has a BS degree in Electrical Engineer and is certified in MSSQL, GoldMine, ACT and SageCRM
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our track record helping our customers install and understand the software speaks for itself.

We service the whole western portion of New York State including Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse. With our ability to dial into customer's computers, we also service companies across the United States.
