Rooted in the Ashtanga and Vinyasa traditions, East Meets West Yoga offers daily yoga classes in a variety of styles, from the most gentle to the most challenging, with the aim of helping students develop a personal path to health and self-awareness through movement and breath.
Yoga provides practitioners the opportunity to develop an inner strength, an outer physique and a sense of community that will benefit them both on, and off, of their mats.
Our flagship studio, located in the heart of the Elmwood Village, is nestled in a beautifully restored turn of the century home that is quintessentially Buffalo. Our Amherst location is cozy, comfortable and convenient, situated on Main Street near Harlem Road in Snyder. Whichever studio you choose, our hope is that our home will become yours.

At East Meets West Yoga, we take great pride in our commitment to transmitting powerful Yoga techniques influenced by the most highly esteemed Eastern and Western teachers and lineages. We offer a variety of traditions and styles, from the most gentle to the most challenging, and a variety of class levels from Intro through advanced that enable you to develop your practice safely and effectively while remaining in an energetic flow. It is our hope that our precise yet compassionate teaching will motivate and inspire, and our extraordinary yoga community will support and nurture you.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
