We particpate in "Patient Centered Medical Home" and have received National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) recognition. We also have been designated by NYS as a "Breastfeeding Friendly Practice. We have extended office hours and a physician on call 24/7. Nurse advice is available during office hours and after 8PM every evening.

Early Morning Walk In service, 3950 E. Robinson Rd., W. Amherst Monday through Friday 7:15 AM-8 AM. Appointments start at 8 AM at all locations. Evening hours Monday- Thursday at all locations. E. Robinson Rd open until 8PM Monday - Thursday. Saturday same day sick appointments E. Robinson Rd. 8 AM-Noon.
