BPPN is one of 16 NYS Perinatal Networks. The Home Visiting program(Healthy Families NY) is the only home visiting program in Erie County that deals with our population and the largest in NYS. It works with families until the child is 5 or enters a Headstart program. Our Community Health Worker program encompasses street outreach to women to link them with preconceptual,postpartum and interconceptual family planning
